Questions people actually ask.

Anything else? Call (512) 436-9191.

What should I wear? How much do I undress?

Undress to your comfort level. Many people leave underwear on. You’re covered by a sheet the whole time, and only the area being worked on is uncovered.

How do I ask for more or less pressure?

Just say so, at any point. “Lighter,” “deeper” or “skip that spot” are all normal things to hear on the table.

Should I tip?

Never required, always appreciated. If you’d like to tip, 20% is standard.

Can I request a male or female therapist?

Yes. Pick a specific therapist when you book, or tell us your preference when you call.

Is massage safe while I’m pregnant?

Book a Prenatal massage. You’ll lie on your side with bolsters for support. Check with your doctor if you have any concerns.

What if I’m sick or running late?

If you have a fever, an infection, or have been sick in the last 24 hours, please cancel. Running late? Call us, and we’ll do our best to work with you. Cancellation policy

Do you take HSA or FSA cards?

Call us before your visit and we’ll let you know. Online, you can pay with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a Dimensions gift card.

How often should I come in?

Whatever keeps you feeling good. Plenty of regulars come every two to four weeks. Some months it’s your back, some months it’s your neck.
