What it is
Swedish is the classic massage and the most common style in the U.S. It’s done on a table with oil or lotion: long gliding strokes toward the heart, compression on the big muscle groups, and gentle movement through your joints.
There’s no fixed routine. Each therapist brings their own touch, and many will work in deeper pressure on the spots you point out.
Why people book it
- Eases sore, stiff muscles
- Gets blood and lymph moving
- Loosens knots and old adhesions
- Takes the edge off stress so you actually sleep
What a session looks like
You’ll undress to your comfort level and lie on the table under a sheet. Your therapist uncovers one area at a time and keeps you draped the whole way through. Swedish works best as a full-body session of 60 or 90 minutes.
Want to relax with a full-body massage, even with firm pressure? Book Swedish and ask for more pressure. Working on a specific pain or injury? Deep Tissue is the better fit.

60 covers your whole body. 90 adds time on the spots that need it.

Can I add the infrared sauna?
Yes. Add a Sunlighten session before your massage when you book.
